Agape Living Support Services ("Agape", "we", "us") provides in-home care services in Saskatoon and the surrounding area. This page explains what personal information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or our website chat assistant, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, and optionally your email address. If you tell us who you're seeking care for, what type of care, or share any other details in a message, we store that too so our team can prepare before contacting you.

We do not collect payment or billing information through this website.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free Care Consult, and provide the care services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Enquiry details are stored securely in our internal client management system, accessible only to authorized Agape staff. Access to this system is logged.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our care relationship and as required by applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information that isn't needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (306) 202‑9332 or emailing marcello.anyanwu@usask.ca.

Website chat assistant

Our website includes a guided question-and-answer assistant. It uses only pre-written answers to common questions — it is not an AI system and does not generate responses. If you choose to leave your name and phone number through the assistant so we can call you back, that information is handled the same way as a contact form submission, as described above.
