Founded by someone who

Agape was founded by a healthcare professional with over twelve years of experience across healthcare, quality improvement, patient safety, and community service. That background shapes everything we do: care here is not improvised, it is built on real training and real standards.

A deep commitment to serving others, alongside years of volunteer work in community and social services, is what inspired Agape.

Holding a master's degree in health administration and public health, along with a Canadian Patient Safety Officer Certificate, our founder is committed to delivering care that is safe, high quality, and genuinely person-centered, the same care they would want for their own family.

The people behind Agape

A small team,
on purpose

Agape isn't a large agency with a call centre and a roster of names you'll never remember. It's a small, hands-on team led by our owner, who is also a working caregiver, personally involved in the care we provide.

You won't be handed off to whoever's available. You'll get to know a handful of people, and they'll get to know you.

Alongside the owner, a small circle of carefully chosen caregivers rounds out the team, each vetted, trained, and matched to families by temperament as much as skill. It's a deliberate choice: staying small is how we keep care personal, consistent, and genuinely warm.
